Together with over 30 years of experience, Bob and Chris continue to provide the strong, stable management focus that was originated from Stephen Paumen, company founder, with a focus on continued growth for the future. As Chief Operations Officer, Chris Paumen also oversees Estimating and Tool Designing. Bob Borell, Production Manager,  uses his experience to ensure quality while managing shop production.
