How Cedar Lake Engineering,
Inc. Got
Started
Current C.E.O. Stephen A. Paumen founded Cedar Lake Engineering,
Inc. back in 1980,
originally starting the company up from the family garage. It was a time when
wire EDM (Electronic Discharge Management) was changing the way stamping and
dies were built and Steve eventually combined efficiencies of this technology
with his own creative tooling concepts and put them to work to rapidly grow his
family business.
Over the past 25 years, Cedar Lake Engineering,
Inc. has undergone many significant
changes. After outgrowing countless smaller shops, Cedar Lake Engineering
currently occupies an impressive 75,000 sq. ft. facility employing the latest
state-of-the-art CNC technologies. It is this combination of manageable size,
new technology and creative innovation that continues to fuel Cedar Lake
Engineering's impressive growth.
